Personal Care Aide
Personal Care Assistants’ duties include mobility support, assisting with maintaining personal hygiene by bathing, brushing their hair and teeth or applying skincare. In addition, they may be responsible for housekeeping duties such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes and dishes and running errands. Additionally, they are in charge of medication disposal and treatment administration. No Experience needed. Free CNA Training Available!
Certified Nursing Assistant
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) often assists clients with, but not limited to: mobility, preparing each clients room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment and bathroom needs, helping clients eat and assist with medications, making sure they have regular meals and proper medication dosages, monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff, assisting patients with mobility needs, and transferring them from wheelchair to bed, turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort, exercising patients by helping them walk.
Supervisory Nurse (RN)
A Home Health Nurse, or Home Health RN, is responsible for traveling to a patient’s home to administer their services and helping patients maintain their independence. Their duties include administering at-home Assessments, Personal Care Planning, IVs, changing dressings, cleaning wounds and updating Doctors about their patient’s health. RN's are a vital part of the in-home care experience.
